Join Ligentia! As a Service Delivery Executive, you will support our general operations with a primary focus on Ocean Imports. You will play a key role in coordinating the end-to-end movement of shipments, facilitating customs clearances, and ensuring reliable, on-time delivery for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating the movement of shipments and overseeing deliveries to ensure a seamless process.
- Contributing to accurate data management by following CargoWise processes.
- Reviewing shipment documentation and resolving queries through clear communication.
- Facilitating the receipt of bills of lading and authorising system releases.
- Supporting shipment profitability through attentive costing, invoicing, and margin management.
- Collaborating with Customs Teams to monitor and ensure timely releases.
- Updating Customer Success teams to keep everyone informed on shipment status and resolutions.
- Working together with internal teams to meet and exceed client goals.
What You'll Need:

- Understanding of shipping documentation and its importance in the supply chain.
