Join Ligentia on a mission to move away from fragmented, manual reporting and create a standardised, global "single source of truth" for customer data. We are looking for two adaptable and dynamic analysts to join our Global Customer Team; these are high-impact roles where you will design and launch our first global reporting framework. Your expertise will transform our data landscape, automating complex processes and empowering our Customer Experience teams to shift their focus from manual data entry to high-value strategic growth and customer retention.
While both roles share a core mission, we are looking for specialists in two key areas:
- Functional/Operational: Focused on deep-dive data interrogation, trend analysis, and uncovering the meaningful story behind the numbers.
- UI/UX Design: Focused on creating an exceptional user experience - building high-end, customer-facing dashboards and mastering the art of visual storytelling.
Your Role:
- Global Alignment: Implement standardised dashboards and KPI frameworks across the UK, Australia, Poland and the Netherlands within your first 12 months.
- Data Integrity: Serve as the strategic lead for data requests to ensure global consistency and promote efficient, automated reporting habits.
- Innovation & AI: Leverage advanced analytics and AI to automate recurring reports, identifying meaningful efficiency gains for our global customers.
- Professional Storytelling: Translate complex operational data into clear, professional narratives for high-level customer business reviews.
- Collaborative Development: Partner with our Data Engineering team to help build and refine a modern, scalable tech stack.
What You’ll Need:
Essential:
- Ideally 3-5 years of experience in BI, customer analytics, or operational reporting environments.
- Proficiency in dashboard design and data modelling using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. SQL knowledge is a major plus.
- An understanding of how to leverage AI tools to drive better insights and operational efficiency.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- You don’t just provide data; you provide actionable recommendations and strategic thinking.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of supply chain/logistics KPIs.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation.
- Familiarity with AI/ML tools and languages, including Python, R, Azure ML, or AWS SageMaker.
