As a Service Delivery Executive (Road), you will play a key role in supporting the growth of our road freight offering.
Working across operational and commercial activities, you will manage quotations, engage with suppliers, coordinate shipments and support the successful onboarding of customers into our expanding road freight product.
This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a growing service within a fast-paced, global logistics business.
This role can be based out of our Leeds or Romford office.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and responding to road freight quotation requests through Zendesk.
- Ensuring accurate job creation and management within Cargo Wise in line with company processes.
- Supporting the migration of existing road freight customers into Ligentia's road freight product.
- Coordinating road freight shipments and providing operational support as required.
- Negotiating competitive rates with carriers and suppliers.
- Identifying, evaluating and onboarding new supplier partners.
- Working closely with sales teams to identify and support new business opportunities.
- Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the road freight service offering.
