Join Ligentia! As our Customer Solutions Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of customer implementations from start to finish. Working with both new and existing strategic clients, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to an exceptional standard.

A critical part of this role is to build a more structured and consistent approach to our implementations. You will directly shape how we scale by creating the clear processes, tools, templates, and ways of working that the wider business will follow.

Your Role:

  • Delivery & Projects: Lead end-to-end implementation projects from initial kick-off through to post-go-live "hypercare" support. Develop detailed project plans, manage budgets, track risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Customers & Stakeholders: Act as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation. Build strong relationships, manage expectations, and support seamless handovers from the sales/tender stage into live delivery.
  • Process & Continuous Improvement: Capture lessons learned after each project to improve our templates and guidance, ensuring a highly consistent approach across the business.
  • Team & Leadership: Line manage, support, and develop project team members, including a Project Support Analyst. Provide project management best practice guidance to internal operations, technology, and customer teams.

What You'll Need:

  • Proven background working within supply chain, logistics, or technology environments.
  • A proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects and successfully handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Confident and clear communication skills, with the ability to engage, collaborate with, and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Good knowledge of standard project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira, or similar).

Desirable

  • A recognised project management qualification (PMP, APICS, Prince2, or equivalent).
  • Experience working specifically within global supply chain operations or freight forwarding.
  • Knowledge of dedicated supply chain systems, such as Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or similar platforms.
  • Practical experience setting up, documenting, or improving implementation processes and methodologies from scratch.
  • Familiarity with Agile ways of working.
