Join LIGANOVA MaSH! We’re seeking a dynamic Community Agent to collaborate with the Community Management team, overseeing client social media platforms and unique communities.

Shift: Fully remote, 24/7 rotation Monday–Sunday. Minimum 24 h/week, including weekends & night.

  • Shifts: 10 PM–6 AM, 6 AM–2 PM, 10:30 AM–7:30 PM, 2 PM–10 PM.

What You Do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the community, maintaining dialogue and fostering positive interactions.
  • Embrace the brand's tone of voice to tailor individual conversations and respond to varied tickets in real‑time.
  • Monitor the community and swiftly address any crises with appropriate measures.
  • Enforce community guidelines and ensure compliance with established rules.
  • Provide community support by addressing inquiries related to products, services, and customer service.
  • Review, tag, and measure user comments via a Social Media Management tool.

Who You Are

  • Love everything digital and stay up‑to‑date with the latest trends.
  • Experienced with common social media tools and platforms.
  • Detail‑oriented and able to multitask.
  • Excellent English in spoken and written form.
  • Flexible to work minimum 24 h/week in a 24/7 rotating shift pattern, including weekends and night shift.
  • UK‑based with the rights to work in the UK.
  • Interested in automotive and social media – a plus.
  • Available to start work in early January 2026.
