About this team The EMEA monetize team works closely with game publishers and developers and helps them increase their revenue from advertising. Currently, 1/3 of Liftoff monetize revenue comes from EMEA publishers, which are managed by a team of 8 people split between London and Berlin.

Responsibilities

  • Forecast revenue and manage a pipeline of potential and current business.
  • Develop strong relationships with our key accounts in Europe, the Middle East & Africa (EMEA) through slack, skype, and face-to-face interaction.
  • Consistently evangelises new products to benefit revenue growth.
  • Take the initiative to foster new partnerships that represent potential growth outside our portfolio.
  • Turn inquiries into revenue.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Ops) to structure deals that maximize revenue for all constituents.
  • Find opportunities to share learnings to positively impact business.
  • Synthesize customer feedback and help inform the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant sales or customer success experience, managing a quota or quarterly revenue target.
  • Experience in the tech industry—mobile, gaming, ad tech, e-commerce or consulting are a strong plus.
  • Experience with closing new partnerships / focusing on new business.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for in-person client meetings—both local and international.
  • An entrepreneurial and ambitious self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable in cross-team project management & problem solving.
  • A relationship builder with the ability to make connections with anyone.
  • Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
  • Telling a story with data; A strong understanding of data analysis and visualisation.
  • Effective communicator.
  • Active contributor to a dynamic office culture.
  • Russian speaking skills very much desirable.
  • Fluency in English required.

Liftoff offers all employees a full compensation package that includes equity and health/vision/dental benefits associated with your country of residence. Base compensation will vary based on the candidate's location and experience.
