About the Demand Team:
We are seeking an Account Manager to join our Demand team in London, focusing on growing advertiser spend, expanding our Demand team, and collaborating with our broader commercial organization to drive product and creative innovation. The Demand team plays a crucial role in our company\’s revenue, and your responsibility will be to enhance team growth and foster valuable advertiser partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the Head of Demand and Regional Demand Leads to drive our advertiser growth strategy, report internally on advertiser performance wins and challenges.
- Forecast revenue and manage a pipeline of potential and current business.
- Be fully responsible for growing revenue from mature and emerging advertisers.
- Engage in daily contact with key clients, attend meetings with reports and cross-functional team members.
- Lead customer-facing communication for performance updates, including QBRs & other strategic meetings.
- Partner with Core operations teams (Operations, Creative) to implement growth strategies, formulate revenue-driving initiatives, experiments, and optimizations to meet client needs.
- Initiate performance investigations, work with Operations teams to resolve issues, and communicate findings back to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Supply, Legal, Finance) to lead investment and legal approvals/renewals, structuring deals to maximize revenue and attract clients.
- Synthesize customer feedback to inform the product roadmap.
- Be a self-motivated problem solver with attention to detail.
- Identify key revenue opportunities in the industry and region.
- Attend industry events to promote Liftoff and our technology.
Requirements:
- Ambitious self-starter thriving in a fast-paced environment, eager to make an immediate impact.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills, capable of persuading at the executive level using an analytical approach.
- Understanding of data analysis and visualization.
- High-level client-facing skills, including explaining technical concepts, negotiation, and strategic guidance.
- Stakeholder management experience with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, peers, and management.
- Familiarity with advertising technology platforms, ad networks, programmatic buying, or similar digital advertising tools.
- Proven ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and implement strategies effectively.
- Track record of achieving and exceeding sales or revenue targets.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- 2-3 years of relevant sales or account management experience, managing sizable quotas or targets preferred.
- BS/BA degree; analytical degree preferred.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
Travel Expectations:
Employees are expected to attend in-person team gatherings at least once per quarter, including project meetings, regional meetups, and company-wide events.
Compensation:
Liftoff offers a full compensation package including equity and health/vision/dental benefits based on country of residence. Base salary varies with location and experience.
