Lift Components Manager Leicester Overall Purpose of Job: To manage the day to day running of Lift Components a function within Otis thats sells lift parts to external customers. To manage and oversee compliance of Otis inventory kept in our third-party warehouse Overall accountability for Sales, Quality, Compliance and Customer Complaints. Responsibilities To manage support staff including Lift Component Administrators and Technical support. Develop and Implement dashboards to monitor delivery performance/identify and implement improvements to enhance sales growth. Proactive monitor and Investigate root causes of issues within Lift Components. Actively manage third-party warehouse provider focused on implementing best in class processes, metrics and continuous improvement.
