Liftango is looking for a talented Technical Delivery Specialist to join our UK Mobilisation Team!

In this role, you\'ll manage end-to-end technical project delivery, working on innovative solutions like On-Demand bus services, Fixed Route shuttles, and Carpool programmes. You\'ll collaborate with diverse stakeholders, ensure smooth service launches, ongoing management and contribute to product development decisions.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Overseeing the rollout and ongoing management of Liftango product services in the UK and sometimes globally.
- Leading stakeholder engagement, training and on-site deployments.
- Providing technical pre-sale support and managing proof of concepts for customers.
- Gathering product feedback and enhancing internal processes.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in a technical customer success or service delivery role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Slack.
- Understanding of software development concepts.
- Fully remote, UK based.
