Lift Winton is seeking a Pastoral and Behaviour Lead to drive wellbeing and positive student outcomes in a secondary school setting. You will lead the management of the Reset and Reflection room, building strong relationships with students and supporting them to return to lessons.
You will work with Heads of Year and the Senior Leadership team to ensure pastoral support for the most vulnerable students, using data to tailor intervention plans and keep records up to date.
