Lift Utter is seeking a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a pupil and occasionally small groups in a warm rural primary setting. The role focuses on language development, learning through play, and creating a calm, safe learning environment.
You will work primarily one-to-one, with flexibility to assist across the school. Prior experience in a school, familiarity with Read Write Inc phonics, and a genuine passion for primary education are desirable.
