Lift Unity City in Middlesbrough is seeking a dedicated Mentor Coordinator to embed a mentoring programme within the school and support vulnerable young people to believe in themselves and their futures. You will build trusted relationships with Years 7–11, deliver group sessions to younger students, recruit and motivate volunteer mentors, and work closely with staff and partners to make the programme a valued part of the school community.
