The successful candidate will be an exceptional teacher and able to deliver engaging and high-quality Art and Design lessons across all Key Stages. You will also contribute to a broad extracurricular programme and support whole-school initiatives that promote wellbeing and achievement.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver high-quality Art and Design lessons that motivate and challenge all learners.
  • Assess, monitor, and support student progress.
  • Promote positive behaviour, personal development and inclusive participation in lessons.
  • Support the wider vision and values of Lift Unity City.

Requirements

  • Experience of working with young people within a school environment.
  • Excellent behaviour management skills.
  • Passionate about student development and wellbeing.
  • Works effectively as part of a team and contributes to school life.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
  • Available to attend interviews in person (online interviews are not supported).
