We are seeking an inspiring and dedicated Reception Teacher and Early Years Lead to take on a pivotal role within our vibrant and inclusive school community.
This is a unique opportunity to combine outstanding classroom practice with strategic leadership, guiding the development of our entire Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). This role is fundamental in ensuring our 2-year-olds have a successful start to their educational journey, creating a nurturing, stimulating, and high-quality early learning environment where every child can thrive.
You will play a key role in shaping our expanding provision, supporting seamless transitions from our new 2-year-old nursery through to Reception, and ensuring the very best foundations for lifelong learning.

The Role
- Lead and teach a Reception class, ensuring children develop strong foundations for learning
- Take overall responsibility for the nursery provision, ensuring high-quality care, learning, and development across both settings
- Provide strategic leadership across the EYFS, driving consistency, quality, and high expectations
- Lead, support, and develop the Early Years team to deliver outstanding provision
- Shape and implement a rich, ambitious Early Years curriculum that meets the needs of all learners
- Ensure smooth transitions between nursery and Reception, creating continuity in children's learning journeys
What We're Looking For
- An experienced Early Years teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Extensive experience in Early Years education
- Proven ability to lead, develop, and inspire staff
