We are excited to be opening a brand-new nursery class for 2-year-olds in September 2026, creating 15 additional term-time places alongside our thriving nursery for 3-4-year-olds. Our new provision is being carefully designed to offer a high-quality, nurturing environment tailored specifically for our youngest learners. This includes a dedicated indoor space and a secure outdoor area to support free-flow learning and exploration. The new class will run alongside our existing nursery, ensuring smooth transitions for children and families.

At Lift Trinity, our EYFS curriculum is built around developing children who are independent, resilient, and curious learners. We believe in creating a warm, enabling environment where children thrive through play, exploration, and skilful adult interaction.

About the Role

We are looking for a caring, skilled, and creative Nursery Nurse to join our Early Years team and play a key role in shaping this exciting new provision. You will be an enthusiastic practitioner with experience working with children aged 2-5, committed to high standards and ensuring every child reaches their full potential.

What You'll Do:

  • Plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging, developmentally appropriate activities
  • Create a safe, stimulating indoor and outdoor learning environment
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with children and their families
  • Observe, assess, and record progress in line with the EYFS framework
  • Support children with SEND, working closely with teachers and external professionals
  • Contribute to trips, local visits, and wider school life

What We're Looking For:

  • Level 3 childcare qualification (essential)
  • Experience working within Early Years (ages 2-5)
  • Excellent understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development
  • A nurturing, patient, and proactive approach
  • Commitment to inclusion and high expectations for all children
  • Experience working to Ofsted standards (desirable)
