We are excited to be opening a brand-new nursery class for 2-year-olds in September 2026, creating 15 additional term-time places alongside our thriving nursery for 3-4-year-olds. Our new provision is being carefully designed to offer a high-quality, nurturing environment tailored specifically for our youngest learners. This includes a dedicated indoor space and a secure outdoor area to support free-flow learning and exploration. The new class will run alongside our existing nursery, ensuring smooth transitions for children and families.

About the Role
We are looking for a caring, skilled, and creative Nursery Nurse to join our Early Years team and play a key role in shaping this exciting new provision. You will be an enthusiastic practitioner with experience working with children aged 2-5, committed to high standards and ensuring every child reaches their full potential.
What You'll Do:
- Plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging, developmentally appropriate activities
- Create a safe, stimulating indoor and outdoor learning environment
- Build strong, trusting relationships with children and their families
- Observe, assess, and record progress in line with the EYFS framework
- Support children with SEND, working closely with teachers and external professionals
- Contribute to trips, local visits, and wider school life
What We're Looking For:
- Level 3 childcare qualification (essential)
- Experience working within Early Years (ages 2-5)
- Excellent understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development
- A nurturing, patient, and proactive approach
- Commitment to inclusion and high expectations for all children
- Experience working to Ofsted standards (desirable)
