Your new role: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Humanities Teacher to join our thriving department. This is an exciting opportunity to teach across Humanities subjects, including Geography, History, and/or Religious Education, within a supportive and forward-thinking team.
Our Humanities curriculum is designed to develop curiosity, critical thinking, and a deep understanding of the world. From exploring global connections in Geography to analysing historical events and developing cultural awareness through Religious Education, you will play a key role in shaping well-rounded, informed young people.
Alongside this, you may also contribute to Personal, Social, Health and Economic (PSHE) education, supporting pupils' wellbeing, relationships, and life skills. At Lift Tamworth, pupils benefit from a comprehensive, whole-school PSHE approach, including a structured curriculum at Key Stage 3, dedicated pastoral time at Key Stage 4, and targeted support through assemblies and enrichment programmes.
