Our team consists of specialists in personal fitness training, strength and conditioning, Pilates, nutritional guidance and support. With over 50 years of combined experience, we constantly push the standards of our services to provide a fully holistic support experience both in and out of the gym.

Role Description

We are looking for a highly driven, self employed personal trainer, who specialises in Strength training.

You should be an individual who wants to grow their client base and personal brand with the support of a team around them. We are looking for applicants who live and love, in person coaching, have the ambition, energy and drive to build up a full client list, training full time at Lift Studios Ltd.

We pride ourselves on our levels of service, knowledge and expertise and aim to be the place to go for world class, results focused training. Because of this we are selective about our trainers, aiming to ensure a positive community and environment for our clients to train for you (the trainer) to work.

We are not a rental studio, we keep our team small and are only looking for trainers that would like to progress and build their careers both outside and also within LIFT. We see your personal growth and development as an asset to us and will actively support any ideas you may have however big or small, from for product/service development to future facility expansions.

Because of our set up and strong team dynamic, If you are thriving, it benefits LIFT and if LIFT is thriving that means you will too. We aim to be a platform to our trainers to help lift them further than they felt able on their own.

What we are looking for:

  • Relevant personal training qualifications and insurance.
  • BSc or MSc in Sports/Exercise Science, Strength and Conditioning.
  • Experience in Personal Training and Fitness Instruction, ideally with further interest and qualifications in strength training.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Driven and motivated.
  • Experience and understanding of the demands to being self employed.
  • Entrepreneurial and enterprising mindset.
  • A team player.
  • Strong passion for health, wellness, and fitness.
  • Existing client base around SW6 is desirable but not necessary.
  • Ability and willingness to work unsociable hours - potential evenings and every other weekend if needed.
