We are looking for an experienced Installation Engineer to join our Installation team in Sunbury delivering high-quality lift installations across regional sites.
The Role As a key member of the installation team, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient installation of new lift systems , ensuring projects are completed to specification, on time, and ready for testing.
You will work closely with Contract Managers, Site Managers, and clients , while also managing and developing Installation Mates, Improvers, or Apprentices .
Key Responsibilities Pre-Installation Preparation Review installation packs, specifications, and engineering drawings Survey and set out lift shafts prior to installation Manage delivery checks and report shortages Build strong working relationships with site teams and clients Lift Installation Install Oronas hydraulic, traction and MRL lift systems to company and manufacturer standards Ensure lifts are installed to correct tolerances and ready for testing Deliver installations that meet PAS 32 standards with minimal defects Team Leadership Supervise and develop Installation Mates, Improvers or Apprentices Provide coaching, guidance and performance feedback Health, Safety
