Lift Schools is offering a school-based Initial Teacher Training (ITT) programme in partnership with Ark Teacher Training. Trainees will gain practical classroom experience while working towards PGCE and QTS, with dedicated mentoring and a nationwide support network.
The programme includes a two-week Summer School in August 2027, a tax-free bursary of £29,000 or £31,000 depending on eligibility, and structured progression supported by in-school coaches.
