Lift Schools invites aspiring Maths teachers to join a salaried school-based Initial Teacher Training programme. Trainees earn while training, work toward a PGCE and QTS, and gain hands-on classroom experience under expert mentors across our network of Lift Schools.
The programme lasts 1 year (full-time) with a sum mer school in August 2027, practical teaching practice, and dedicated coaching to build confidence and professional skills.
