Lift Clacton is seeking a SEND Mentor to support students across Key Stages 3 and 4. You will work one-to-one and in small groups to build self-regulation, confidence and independent learning, alongside teachers and the SEND team.
You will help students understand their strengths, set SMART targets and monitor progress, providing guidance inside and outside the classroom while promoting inclusion in school activities.
