Lift Schools is launching a salaried Initial Teacher Training programme to train Computing teachers in partner schools. Trainees learn in classrooms while earning a salary and working toward a PGCE and QTS, supported by mentors and a dedicated tutor.
The programme includes two-week Summer School, personalised mentoring, weekly training sessions, and a nationwide trainee network across Lift Schools and Ark Teacher Training.
