Lift Clacton, part of Lift Schools, is seeking a SEND Mentor to support students across Key Stages 3 and 4. You will work with individuals and small groups to build self-regulation, confidence and independent learning.
You will collaborate with teachers and the SEND team, delivering targeted interventions and maintaining records to track progress and impact. Experience with SEND and safeguarding is essential to help students overcome barriers to learning.
