Location: Hybrid - remote working and office based (3 days per week or equivalent for part time) within either the South Eastern Regional Office at Greensward Academy (Hockley) or North Eastern Regional Office at New Rickstones Academy (Witham) with travel to academies as required.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Regional HR Advisor to join our team and help us achieve this.
You will be someone who can:
- Provide proactive and customer-focused HR advisory support to our academies in the East region
- Lead on HR casework including disciplinary, grievance, performance management and absence management
- Build strong relationships with school leaders and colleagues
- Offer expert advice and guidance on employment legislation, best practice, and Lift Schools' policies
- Analyse HR data and contribute to reports for the regional team and school leaders
- Contribute to a busy team, supporting the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems
You will be someone who has:
- Significant, proven HR advisory experience, ideally but not necessarily in the public sector
- A CIPD qualification or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A passion for education and a commitment to our vision and values
