Lift Plumberow is seeking a SENDCo on a permanent, part-time basis (3 days per week) to lead and develop SEND provision across the school. You will identify needs, coordinate EHCP processes, collaborate with teachers and external professionals, and drive inclusive teaching practices to ensure every pupil can access learning.
As SENDCo you will monitor progress, maintain SEND records, and provide professional development to staff.
