Lift Schools invites aspiring Chemistry teachers to join a school-based Initial Teacher Training programme through an Apprenticeship route that combines classroom practice with formal teacher training. You will work towards a PGCE and QTS while earning as you learn.
The programme emphasizes practical classroom experience, supported by experienced mentors, and includes weekly training sessions. It culminates in recognised PGCE and QTS qualifications within a 1-year, full-time timetable.
