Lift Clacton is seeking a Family Liaison Officer to identify children and families needing support and to work with them in school and in the community. You will guide attendance expectations, address barriers to attendance, and help develop practical plans with families and school staff.
You will provide advice on parenting, behaviour, wellbeing, and access to services, building trust with families and supporting students at risk of exclusion.
