Lift Ryde on the Isle of Wight is seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to help maintain learning continuity across year 11-18. You will step in for planned and unplanned teacher absences, guiding lessons and keeping students focused to support progress.
In this role you will work closely with SENDCO and form tutors to support pupils, manage behaviours, and contribute to a calm, positive classroom environment while upholding Lift Schools' values.
