Trainee Maths Teacher (Salaried route) with Lift Schools is a school-based ITT programme in partnership with Ark Teacher Training. You will train while earning a salary, working towards a PGCE and QTS, and gaining hands-on classroom experience under experienced mentors.
You will spend the year teaching, observing, and gradually taking on more responsibility, with dedicated mentoring and weekly training across the network.
