Lift Sir Herbert Leon is seeking an Attendance & Wellbeing Lead to support students and families in overcoming barriers to attendance, engagement and wellbeing. You’ll take a proactive role, using data to inform decisions and coordinating with external agencies to implement interventions.
You’ll be a named Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead (DDSL), playing a key role in safeguarding and student welfare across the academy, including home visits and reintegration support.
