Lift Schools invites aspiring Maths teachers to join a school-based Initial Teacher Training (ITT) programme, delivered in partnership with Ark Teacher Training. Participants work towards a PGCE and QTS while gaining hands-on classroom experience under experienced mentors.
The year includes two-week Summer School, personalised mentoring, weekly training modules, and a nationwide Lift Schools network to support professional growth.
