Lift Kingswood partnered with Ark Teacher Training to offer a school-based Initial Teacher Training (ITT) apprenticeship that lets you earn while you learn as you work toward PGCE and QTS.
The programme combines practical classroom practice with dedicated mentoring, a two-week Summer School and weekly training, over a 1-year full-time cycle. Eligibility includes a 2:2 degree (English preferred), GCSEs in English and Maths, right to work in the UK, and no current QTS.
