Lift Winton in Hampshire is seeking a dedicated Pastoral and Behaviour Leader to oversee the Reset and Reflection room and support students back to lessons. You will work with Heads of Year and the Senior Leadership team to provide pastoral care for vulnerable students and promote positive behaviours.
You will build strong relationships with families, monitor attendance and engage safeguarding and SEND teams to ensure joined-up support.
