Lift New Rickstones in Rivenhall is seeking a Pastoral Coordinator to support the wellbeing, behaviour, and attendance of students. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young people, knowledge of Trauma Perceptive Practice, and excellent communication skills.

This full-time, permanent role offers a salary between £22,254.36 and £24,097.97 annually, along with additional benefits.
