Lift Montgomery Primary offers an excellent opportunity to join as a School Facilities Manager, playing a key role in ensuring the school site is safe, secure, and well-maintained every day.

Your new school, Lift Montgomery Primary, is an outstanding school led by Principal Fozia Nisar, who has been part of the school community for over 10 years. The School Facilities Manager plays a vital role in the day-to-day running of the school, ensuring that the site operates safely and effectively at all times. The role operates on a shift basis, with two different shift patterns, and includes responsibility for responding to on-call call-outs when required.

You will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining a clean, orderly environment
  • Carrying out minor repairs
  • Managing site security
  • Overseeing on-site contractors, ensuring facilities are fit for purpose and ready to support learning

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Experience in premises, facilities, or building management
  • A strong understanding of health and safety procedures and site security
  • Practical, organised, and proactive approach
  • A full driving license and access to a vehicle

This is a full-time position with shift work, starting as soon as possible. Shift 1 is Monday to Thursday, 6:30am-2:30pm, and Friday, 6:30am-2:00pm; Shift 2 is Monday to Thursday, 10:30am-6:30pm, and Friday, 11:00am-6:00pm.
