Lift Maltings is seeking a proactive Cover Supervisor to support teaching staff during absences at our Witham, Essex, campus. You will deliver pre-prepared materials across subjects, maintain a calm classroom, and ensure students complete work while upholding the academy’s behaviour policy.
You will also help track attendance, provide feedback to teachers, support SEND learners, and assist with supervision during breaks and activities as needed.
