Lift Maltings is seeking a proactive and highly organised Lettings Officer to support and manage all aspects of our community lettings provision.
In this role, you will:
- Respond to lettings enquiries, provide clear information on availability and terms, and deliver excellent customer service throughout the booking process.
- Coordinate and manage the full lettings schedule, including bookings, contracts, amendments and record-keeping.
- Liaise with staff to ensure facilities are fully prepared, safe and ready for hirers, including overseeing set up, checks and takedown.
- Monitor lettings activity to ensure safeguarding, health and safety and site security procedures are followed at all times.
- Act as a keyholder for the academy, managing access, securing the site and responding to any on-site issues during lettings, including evenings and weekends where required.
Working hours: Shifts will take place on weekday evenings, 4:30pm - 9:15pm, and/or during the day at weekends, depending on school lettings requirements.
About Lift Maltings: Lift Maltings is an 11-16 school based in Witham, Essex. Situated between the cities of Chelmsford and Colchester, the school has 900 students on roll and benefits from a modern, purpose-built site opened in 2011. With excellent transport links to London, our staff and students can take full advantage of the wealth of opportunities the capital provides. Free car parking facilities are available on site. Visits to the school are warmly encouraged.
