Salary: NJC 12 - 17 £32,535 - £34,998 (actual), + well‑being cash plan + pension scheme (LGPS) + additional Lift Schools benefits.
Hours: Full Time. Contract: Permanent. Start date: As soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities- Open and close the school premises daily (split shift pattern), including occasional evenings and weekends.
- Act as the principal key holder and respond to emergency call‑outs as needed.
- Basic knowledge of building maintenance, repairs, and health & safety procedures.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good communication skills with a proactive and adaptable approach.
- Physical fitness to carry out manual tasks.
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
