Responsibilities
- Communicate with parents about pastoral issues, lead meetings with families, and collaborate with the SENDCo to identify students requiring interventions.
- Provide pastoral support to students, identify personal issues affecting them, and implement plans for their care and support.
- Manage and record data on the school's management information systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for safeguarding and well-being.
Qualifications
- GCSE Maths and English (Grade 4) or equivalent.
- Experience in motivating students and promoting high expectations.
- Experience in using data to analyse performance, track progress, and inform decision-making.
- Knowledge of the education sector, safer recruitment and safeguarding/child protection.
