Salary: NJC 12 - 17 £32,535 - £34,998 (actual), £26,995 - £29,039 (pro rata salary) + well-being cash plan + pension scheme (LGPS) + additional Lift Schools benefits

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with parents about pastoral issues, lead meetings with families, and collaborate with the SENDCo to identify students requiring interventions.
  • Provide pastoral support to students, identify personal issues affecting them, and implement plans for their care and support.
  • Manage and record data on the school's management information systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for safeguarding and well-being.

Qualifications

  • GCSE Maths and English (Grade 4) or equivalent.
  • Experience in motivating students and promoting high expectations.
  • Experience in using data to analyse performance, track progress, and inform decision-making.
  • Knowledge of the education sector, safer recruitment and safeguarding/child protection.
