Without a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification: Voluntary Real Living Wage - £18,316.55 per annum.

With a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification: NJC Scale 3-5.

Permanent, Full Time 32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year. September 2026 Start.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students to access learning, develop independence and achieve their full potential. Working closely with teachers, SEND staff and wider colleagues, you will provide classroom support, deliver targeted interventions and help create a positive and inclusive learning environment where every student can thrive.

This role includes supporting students with personal care needs. You will provide compassionate and respectful assistance, helping students with toileting, hygiene, feeding and mobility where required, whilst always promoting dignity, independence and wellbeing.
