We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher of English to join our ambitious and supportive school from September 2026. Our English department is a collaborative and passionate team that places reading, writing and communication at the heart of the curriculum. Staff work closely together to deliver engaging lessons that inspire students and develop confidence across all key stages.

Your new school, Lift Four Dwellings Secondary, is part of Lift Schools, a national trust of 59 schools across the country, including 10 schools in the Midlands. Led by Principal Claire Stoneman, the school has undergone significant transformation and improvement. We welcome applications from Early Career Teachers (ECTs), who will benefit from a strong support package including mentoring and dedicated guidance from the Assistant Principal for Teaching and Learning, as well as subject-specific support.
