Lift Four Dwellings Primary, part of Lift Schools, is seeking to appoint a Midday Supervisor to join our committed and supportive team.

About the Role

As a Midday Supervisor, you will help ensure pupils have a safe, positive and enjoyable lunchtime experience. You will supervise pupils during lunch and breaktimes in the dining hall, playground and other areas across the school site, promoting positive behaviour and supporting pupils' wellbeing. This role is vital in supporting our pupils and contributes to Lift Schools' mission that every child receives an excellent education in every classroom, every day.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise pupils during lunchtime and breaktimes
  • Support positive behaviour and pupil wellbeing
  • Ensure pupils remain safe in dining and play areas
  • Respond calmly to incidents and report concerns appropriately
  • Support lunchtime activities and positive play
  • Work closely with school staff to maintain a safe environment
