Lift Firth Park is seeking a compassionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our onsite Alternative Provision, supporting pupils with SEMH needs. You will lead interventions, plan learning with teachers and mentor colleagues, helping students build resilience and re-engage with learning.

We require HLTA Level 3 (or equivalent) and experience with SEND/SEMH. This role involves delivering lessons, providing targeted support and contributing to an inclusive, high-expectations environment.
