Lift Firth Park Barnsley is seeking a dynamic pastoral support role to assist the Head of Year in monitoring behaviour, attendance and punctuality, while delivering outstanding pastoral care to students aged 11–16. You will build strong relationships with students, families and staff, acting as a trusted adult and role model to support each student’s success.
You will be a key worker for vulnerable students, lead on behaviour support and work with external agencies to secure the best outcomes.
