We are open to applicants with experience across any key stage.We are looking for a teacher who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and has recent or relevant experience teaching and a PGCE.
- Has a strong understanding of the primary curriculum, including the teaching of phonics (preferably using a systematic synthetic phonics scheme).
- Demonstrates excellent classroom practice, with a nurturing approach that supports young learners’ academic and personal growth.
- Is skilled at planning creative, engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons that build foundational skills and spark curiosity.
- Uses formative assessment effectively to track progress and adapt teaching to meet individual needs.
- Is committed to providing a supportive and inclusive environment, with high expectations for all children, including those with SEND or EAL.
- Works well as part of a team, communicates effectively with colleagues and parents, and contributes to the wider school community.
- Is reflective, committed to continuous improvement, and keen to engage in professional development.
- Creative hobbies, skills or specialisms are advantageous.
