The Role
- As an HLTA, you will work in partnership with teachers to support learning, raise attainment, and promote pupils' independence and wellbeing.
- Deliver planned and unplanned lesson coverage.
- Plan and lead engaging learning activities and interventions.
- Support teaching through marking, feedback, and lesson delivery.
- Work with individuals and small groups, including pupils with SEND.
- Contribute to assessment and pupil progress tracking.
- Line manage Teaching Assistants, supporting their development.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and well-organised learning environment.
