Set in the beautiful village of Simpson the school is surrounded by trees and bordered by the canal, giving children the benefit of extensive grounds and a wonderful environment in which to learn and play. The school is led by an ambitious and dedicated Principle, Mrs Sharon Burke, she has established a strong and personable team and in July 2025 received a fantastic Ofsted with areas being ‘good’ or ‘outstanding’. This is an exciting time to join as we search for a teacher to join us. Your new roleThis is a rare and exciting opportunity for somebody who loves teaching, thrives on getting the best out of children but would like a more varied role. You will be teaching Year 6 in the mornings and in the afternoons working with small groups of children (6-10) who require extra support to meet their full potential. You will also be covering classes as and when required to allow our placement students time to study. At Lift Charles Warren we have high expectations for all pupils. Our aim is for every child to be inspired, challenged and supported to achieve their very best and this role is vital for us to meet that promise to parents and children alike.What you’ll need to succeedYou will be a qualified teacher who has patience and understanding with young children.
