This is a full-time hybrid role based in the United Kingdom, combining both onsite and remote work. As a Client Side Project Manager at Lift Brands, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end project planning and execution. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing timelines, budgets, and resources
  • Ensuring timely delivery of projects
  • Coordinating with internal teams and external partners
  • Maintaining project documentation
  • Resolving any challenges that arise throughout the project lifecycle
  • Running a project from inception to completion
  • Onboarding new contractors and suppliers
  • Health and Safety compliance
  • Tendering and contractor appointment
  • Weekly site visits
  • Contract management alongside ad hoc industry related tasks

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with tendering, contract management and all facets of Health and Safety regulations within the construction industry
  • Good understanding of all regulatory compliance
  • Degree in construction/project management/building surveying or similar
  • SMSTS or SSSTS
